Abstract:
The focus in the article the problem of influence of social capital on quality of life in Russia. Tested the hypothesis about the impact on the quality of life of social capital —intangible long-term resource for the development of society, embodied in the system of relations between individuals, between individuals and institutions. Used data from the national monitoring 2015-2017 CISI, Institute of philosophy, RAS. Applied tested at the national and regional data author's method of measuring the quality of life of the population, demonstrating the differences between the Federal districts and regions. Social capital was assessed on the basis of subjective assessments of trust, norms and net-works. Conducted using Spearman coefficient analysis of the correlation structures of the two integral indices showed the relationship of indices of standard of living and trust in the law enforcement, indices of social well-being and trust other people. The cluster analysis identified three groups of Federal districts of Russia, distinguished by the level of interaction the quality of life and social capital.

Тransformations of Methodological Constructs of the Study of Media in the Conditions of Digitalization of Communications

European Journal of Philosophical Research, 2019, 6(1): 12-21.
DOI: 10.13187/ejpr.2019.1.12CrossRef

Abstract:
The article analyzes the changes in the scientific approaches to the study of media communications brought by the digital revolution. With the advent of digital technology and digitalization the sphere of epistemology in the scientific community is increasingly spreading judgments about the inevitable change of methods and consequences of paradigm about the need for new theories and concepts. The author believes that traditional methods of cognition will retain their importance in terms of digitalization of all aspects of society, but at the same time, it is possible and necessary to transform the conceptual methodological constructs of the analysis of new problems arising in the process of transition to digital formats of media communications.

Some Epistemological and Methodological Problems of Holistic Biological Modeling, Biosimilarity Identification and Complex Interpretation of the Origin of Life

European Journal of Philosophical Research, 2019, 6(1): 22-39.
DOI: 10.13187/ejpr.2019.1.22CrossRef

Abstract:
This article considers the novel approach for epistemological interpretation of biomimetics or bionics and biosimilarity in different abiogenetic works with the terminological correction for elimination of the reifications (concretisms, hypostatizations), simplified metaphors and the results of metonymy. In the last part of this article one can see the analysis of the mistakes and problems of complex abiogenetic or supramolecular evolution projects within the aspects of the Conway law and the social organization of science and publishing sphere in subjective postmodern capitalistic conditions.

Civilization Specifics of the Soviet and Modern Russia

European Journal of Philosophical Research, 2019, 6(1): 40-53.
DOI: 10.13187/ejpr.2019.1.40CrossRef

Abstract:
The article deals with the analysis the problem of civilization ownership of Russia. It is solved on the basis of use of the author's (institutional) version of civilization approach. According to it, the history Russia had three civilization embodiments: "an orthodox civilization", "a hybrid civilization moderny like" Romanov' empires and the "Soviet civilization" representing special type of industrial development. The paper analyzes the objective and subjective prerequisites of formation in the Soviet Russia "administrative – command" ("party – state") models of socialism, the reason of its support by most of party members and considerable part of the people. Such is specifics of transition to socialism of all societies of agrarian and agrarian-industrial type, with undeveloped democratic traditions and institutes, economy and low cultural level of most of workers inherent in them. Modern Russia, certainly inherits it. But it doesn’t has political and religious metaideology uniting the people, and in contrast to the United States, it doesn’t claim on global domination. More likely, it represents civilization to a pseudomorphosis, fancifully combining elements of antiquity, the Soviet past and the preset.

Anthropic Principle and Anthropology

European Journal of Philosophical Research, 2019, 6(1): 54-63.
DOI: 10.13187/ejpr.2019.1.54CrossRef

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the anthropic principle and its importance for humanitarian knowledge. It is argued that in the Humanities this principle is not widely accepted and understood. He did not become fundamental in philosophical anthropology and as a consequence in education. It is accepted and justified in physics and cosmology. The recognition of this principle by the humanities means a worldview revolution comparable to the scientific revolution of Copernicus. Only in the opposite direction. The anthropic principle returns to man the lost central position in the Universe. Since the ideological anthropic principle is in good agreement with some provisions of Christian (Orthodox) anthropology, the paper discusses its main ideas. Also various formulations of the anthropic principle and criteria of successful development of science coordinated with the anthropic principle are given. It is argued that since the purpose of the formation of the universe is to create a human observer, all statements that do not take this fact into account do not have the necessary theoretical heuristics, and sufficient pragmatism.

Intentional and Extentional Contexts of Truth-Values

European Journal of Philosophical Research, 2019, 6(1): 71-76.
DOI: 10.13187/ejpr.2019.1.71CrossRef

Abstract:
The article covers the developments of many-valued logics and logical semantics. An emphasis is placed on functional properties of many-valued logics. Another important topic covered in the article is the more complicated philosophical problem of interpretation of the truth-values in many-valued logics and logical semantics. Investigating this problem leads to the idea of structuralization of truth-values. The article deals with the main principles of logical semantics. The considerable attention is given to the problem of differentiating sense and meaning, as well as their referentials in modern logic. It analyzes the main principles of the logical systems developed by Frege, Bochvar, and Church. International and extentional contexts of truth of utterances meaning are researched via the critique of the bivalence, identity and executionability principles.

The Welfare State: from the Imperfect Present to the Accomplished Future (Experience of Critical Reflection)

European Journal of Philosophical Research, 2019, 6(1): 77-93.
DOI: 10.13187/ejpr.2019.1.77CrossRef

Abstract:
Social state appears in the conditions of capitalism in order to smooth class contradictions and support the poor. The aim of the study is to substantiate the cognitive and design capabilities of the reflexive – critical approach to the understanding of the state as an ideal and reality. The author argues that social is not only the state that protects the interests of people in difficult situations, but also that seeks to maintain a balance between different groups, working towards national harmony and creating equitable conditions for the free development of each person, regardless of his social affiliation. The article gives the substantiation of the critical theory as a tool for the analysis of the social state. It is presented by the author as a form of theoretical self-reflection, a kind of revolutionary practice, research activities (analytical modeling) and design. The last two forms are associated with the construction of different "critical models" of the social state, differing orientation to the past/present or future. Depending on the nature of the problems to be solved, the author identifies three main types of social statehood: the minimalist state, the state with a developed system of social protection (or the welfare state), the state of personal well-being. Each of them has its own critical model, focused either on the past/present or the future. In this case, the specified time coordinates are supplemented by the categories of perfect and imperfect, expressing different (respectively – high and low) degree of human emancipation. The author presents the criticism of the really functioning social state by the leading social theorists in two analytical versions: the anti-system criticism of the Social state, which reveals the systemic contradictions of capitalism, its social and existential critique of the life of the world, and the meaning of its life-oriented interests. Further, the author, relying on the critical analysis of the social state, and a number of variants of its critical modeling in the conditions of the Russian reality, offers Two options: a critical analysis of the imperfect present (the minimalist state, which has developed in modern Russia), and the system of restrictions (the orientation of the living state, and the critical model of the imperfect future (the protecting state). In the first case, the author uses the experience of anti-system and existential criticism, and in the second – his vision of the state with a developed system of social protection as a project of imperfect future, which will inevitably be replaced by a better future (the state of personal well-being).
