Abstract:
This article attempts to examine the crisis of physics on the cusp of the 19th and 20th centuries within the context of ideas put forward and substantiated in a book by the philosopher T. Kuhn entitled “The Structure of Scientific Revolutions”. The focus is on the crisis of Newton's classical mechanics and the “birth” of Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, the Rutherford-Bohr model of the atom, and quantum mechanics which has developed it logically.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the evolution of the concepts of "ethnicity" and "nation" in the history of European philosophy and science XVII - early XX centuries, reveals the philosophical foundations and research paradigms of the concept's origin and evolution of ethnic groups and nations. In the article are analyzed in detail naturalistic (primordialist), anthropological, political, sotsientalny (in its socio-economic and cultural versions), subjective-symbolic and ethno-symbolic approaches to the study of ethnic groups and nations , it’s advantages and disadvantages. The author pays special attention to criticism of a paradigm of modern "strategic relativism", which adherents (R. Brubeyker, K. Verderi, F. Cooper, etc.) suggested to refuse the concept "nation".

Abstract:
The article subject is specific feathers of the contemporary science. There are two main feathers of the contemporary nonclassical science, which constitute her specific: 1) the high collective character of the scientific activity, including cognitive activity; the main aids of it is the making new knowledge and its value in the corresponding with the scientific society standards accepting and 2) the innovation intention of the contemporary science; the intention not only to creation and extensive the sphere of objective-true knowledge (it was the classical science aid), but on the scientific knowledge application; now the scientific knowledge had become considerate as the subject for the changing of the social material sphere: its economic, practice, technics, technologies, maximally wide assort scientific things (economic innovations). The contemporary science became the one of specific fabric for making the scientific knowledge and its application. The nonclassical science exchanged its main value orient from the word point of view (making the system of objective-true knowledge) on Practice (science as the instrument of growth the material sphere civilization and Man).

Future" is investigated evolution of theoretical ideas of "nation" and "the national state" in the history of the European philosophy and science of XVIII-XX of centuries, the philosophical bases and research paradigms of the modern concepts of essence, an origin and evolution of the nations and the national states competing in social sciences come to light, their methodological advantages and shortcomings are estimated. In the book are analyzed formation of the national states and their transformation to colonial empires, process of decolonization and emergence of the new national and pseudonational states in the second half of the XX century, new functions of the national states in the modern world and prospects of Russia to become "the national state".
